Having researched many of the top law firms, it became apparent that many lacked the “designer’s touch” to match their own exemplary work. This could not be more true of RJS Solicitors of Staffordshire. Their rapid growth left their design and visual presence behind.

Even as designers we appreciate that in many industries, design isn’t at the forefront of a company’s priorities, particularly in the service industry. However at Grey Matter we firmly believe good quality design enhances validity and helps the client trust a brand’s endeavours to bring a unique and high quality service.

Since our efforts to brand RJS, we have shown increased conversion rates on the company’s website hits and RJS’ overall client base.

If a company isn’t careful, by overlooking the design aspect and online shopfront, they can “spook” clients by making them question how ‘real’ their company is in today’s world and its holistic professionalism.

With the RJS website, and brand overall, we seek to build a corporate website using slick visuals and simplistic graphics to match their seamless delivery.

CONTENT CREATION

LIKE MANY BUSINESSES IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY, RJS HAD NEXT TO NOTHING WHEN IT CAME TO CONTENT OR PHOTOGRAPHY. SO THE FIRST TASK WAS TO CREATE A LEADING ADVERT THAT WOULD SET THE TONE FOR THE REST OF THE PHOTOGRAPHY AND BRAND IMAGE. WE WANTED TO CREATE A PIECE THAT WAS PUNCHY AND CONFIDENT BUT NOT ARROGANT OR SICKLY WHICH IS A TRAP THAT MANY LAW FIRMS FALL FOUL TO. YOU WILL FIND THE PREVIEW BELOW.

IT WAS IMPORTANT TO US THAT THE FIRST COUPLE OF SHOOTS EVOKED IMPETUS AND DIRECTION IN THE IMAGERY. BY WAY OF PROVING THAT RJS ARE THE BEST IN THE AREA AND THAT DESPITE THEIR NEWNESS, THEY HAVE A PERFECT COMBINATION OF ENERGY THROUGH YOUTH AND KNOWLEDGE THROUGH EXPERIENCE.
